Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. No Professional Tax or Legal Advice

US UK Tax Tool provides software-assisted financial modeling and tax filing utilities for informational and logistical assistance only. We are not Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), registered tax agents, or licensed legal counsel.

All mathematical simulations, tax estimates, and filing transmissions are provided for informational and logistical assistance only. Users must not rely on the information provided by this website as an alternative to advice from an appropriately qualified professional. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed tax professional before committing to any corporate structure or final tax payment.

2. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, US UK Tax Tool disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of tax calculations, uninterrupted uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. The service is provided without warranties of precision or continuous availability.

While we strive for statutory fidelity, tax laws are subject to rapid change and interpretation. Your use of this tool, its outputs, and any reliance thereon is strictly at your own risk.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You are entirely responsible for the final accuracy of your data.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall US UK Tax Tool, its developers, or owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total financial liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service shall be strictly capped to the amount paid by the user (if any) to access the specific tool or service rendered.

Specifically, US UK Tax Tool disclaims all liability for any government fines, HMRC/IRS penalties, late fees, interest assessments, or tax under-assessments resulting from the use or misuse of our platform, regardless of whether such issues arose from user error or software calculation variances.

4. Final User Verification Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the forensic accuracy of all data entered into the filing portal or calculators. You must manually verify all calculated figures, deductions, and declarations against your own internal records and official statutory requirements before authorizing final submission to government APIs (HMRC/IRS).

Once data has been transmitted to a government gateway, US UK Tax Tool cannot retract, amend, or delete that information. Any corrections must be handled directly with the respective tax authority.

5. Acceptable Use

Users are prohibited from attempting to scrape tool logic, bypass security protocols, or utilize the filing infrastructure for unauthorized third-party submissions. Misuse of the OAuth 2.0 handshake or fraudulent NINO entry will result in immediate permanent suspension from the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operators reside, without regard to conflict of law principles. Use of this site constitutes total consensus to these terms.
